WILLIAMS A/K/A JOHNNIE WILLIAMS, et. al., are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 E TWIGGS ST., TAMPA, FL 33602, 2ND FLOOD ROOM 202, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of October, 2011, the following described property:
LOT 4, BLOCK 3, CORRECTED MAP OF SPRINGHILL ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 15, OF THE Public Records Of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
