NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 26, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-005414 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and UMBERTO MATTIELLO, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 2:00 pm at the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, CAMBRIDGE CITY PLAT NO. 22, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12 on Page 79 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
