NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 17, 2010 and an Order Resetting Sale dated August 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-19658 DIV G UCN: 292009CA019658XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-4CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4CB is Plaintiff and MARTIN WOLSTENCROFT; DAWN WOLSTENCROFT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
