Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Hillsborough County, Florida, as follows:
Lot 1, Block C, Native Woods, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in plat Book 86, Page 53, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 23, 2011, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
