NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-016554, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and GINA REMOLINA A/K/A GINA MELISSA REMOLINA; LAZARO REMOLINA A/K/A LAZARO MANUEL REMOLINA; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; DISCOVER BANK; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; NORTH STAR CAPITAL ACQUISITION, LLC, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO KAY JEWELERS, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m. on the 24 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK “A”, MEADOW ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
