NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a order resetting dated August 23, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-017760, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006KS6, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT BENTON, ET AL. are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 p.m., held at 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs, Street in Tampa, FL on the 27th day of September, 2011 on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 165 FEET OF THE NORTH 495 FEET OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST 25 FEET THEREOF FOR COUNTY ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
This property is located at the Street address of: 3006 JAP TUCKER ROAD, PLANT CITY, FL 33566.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitiled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
