NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a order resetting of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated August 3, 2011, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-011633 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage is the Plaintiff and Nicolas F. Munoz and Martha Alvarez His wife, are the Defendants, that The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at The George E.
