NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated September 1, 2011 and entered in 09 27070 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICING, INC., is the Plaintiff and GLORIA SOSA, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, Room 202 at 10:00 AM on October 5, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 36, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE-PHASE 2&3 BOOK 105 PAGE(S) 170 THROUGH 176, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
