NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 30, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-006618 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY NA FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY NA AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR NAAC MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-AR2 is the Plaintiff and STEVE LOUIS HARDY A/K/A STEVEN LOUIS HARDY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVE LOUIS HARDY A/K/A STEVEN LOUIS HARDY N/K/A JENNIFER HARDY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A NORMA CAPOTE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A PABLO CAPOTE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 28 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
