NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 30, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004785 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2005-9, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9 is the Plaintiff and YLBER MUCKA; ORJETA MUCKA; PINEHURST AT STRATFORD PLACE SECTION I RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; STRATFORD PLACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; PINEHURST AT STRATFORD PLACE RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 28 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 170, STRATFORD PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 15 THROUGH 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
