Notice is hereby given pursuant to Order of Summary Judgment dated August 22, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 10-3474-CC of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at First Floor Atrium at the Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Annex Building in Naples Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 26th day of September, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT No. 1131, in the building 1, FLAMINGO FAIRWAYS TWO CONDOMINIUM as described in the Declaration of Condominium recorded under the Condominium Act of the State of Florida (Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes), in the official records of Collier County, Florida, on May 29, 2002, in O.R. Book 3004 at page 3329
