NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 21st day of June, 2011, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated the 29th day of August, 2011, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE HARRIS BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and KEITH W. ROMAN, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, THE VILLAGES AT EMERALD LAKES TWO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., EMERALD LAKES RESIDENT'S ASSOCIAtION, INC. and JANE DOE #1 are the Defendants, Civil Action Case No. 11-117-CA, I, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 11:00 a.m. on September 28, 2011, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash in the Atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, the following described property, situate and being in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
Unit K-201, The Villages at Emerald Lakes Two, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits thereto as recorded in Official Records Book 1641, Page 1036, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
