Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Sale entered on the 29 day of August, 2011, in Case No. 08-CA-001829 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 28 day of September, 2011 at the FIRST FLOOR ATRIUM, OF THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, located at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
the east 105 feet of the east 180 feet of tract no. 108, golden gate estates unit no. 71, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 5, page 7, of the public records of collier county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. the clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be assessed as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
