NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23 day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-000668, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOSE J. SANCHEZ, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, GLORIA SANCHEZ and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 28 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF THE TRACT 126, UNIT 63, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
