Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2010 and entered in Case No. 08-4918-CA of the County Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK is the Plaintiff and MARIO A. ALVAREZ A/K/A MARIO ALVAREZ, BLANCA A. MACIAS AND MARTHA POSSO, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00 am, on the 28 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 33, MILANO, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 69 through 73, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
