Notice is GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2011, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the First Floor Atrium area of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on September 26, 2011, the following described property:
West 75 feet of East 150 feet of Tract 116, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, Unit 27, in Naples, Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
