IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on September 28, 2011. at eleven o'clock, A.m. in the atrium, first floor courthouse annex, of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit 2208 COUNTRY GLEN TWO, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1480, Page 2263, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
