notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, number 09-5684-CA in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, that I, Dwight E. Brock, Collier County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Lot 30, IL REGALO REPLAT, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Pages 9 and 10, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the first floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on September 28, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
