notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2011, entered in Case No. 10 3780 CA in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association is the plaintiff, and CHAD B. DESEAR, et al are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 1st Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL at 11:00 a.m. on September 28, 2011, the following described property situated in Collier County, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 3, LESS THE EAST 330 FEET THEREOF, SARASOTA RANCH ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20 AT PAGE 100 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF THE NORTH 25 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
