notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2011, entered in Case No. 10 4905 CA in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association is the plaintiff, and DENISE DESEAR, et al are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 1st Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL at 11:00 a.m. n September 28, 2011, the following described property situated in Collier County, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 27, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 16, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 3 AND 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
