Notice is GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and for Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated August 26, 2011, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 1st Floor Atrium, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on September 26, 2011, the following described property:
State of Florida Quota Alcoholic Beverage License #BEV 21-03873, series 4COP for use in Collier County, Florida.
If you are a subordinate lienholder claiming a right to the funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
