NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Notice is hereby given that on September 26, , 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at Elliot's Autowerks, LLC 3887 Mannix Dr # 615 Naples, FL 34114 the following vehicle will be sold for $928.56 to satisfy labor services, repairs, and storage charges on: 2004 Volkswagen VIN# 9BWDE61J444031446. Pursuant to F.S. #713.585 the cash amount of $928.56 would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lienor. Any interested party has a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filling a demand for the hearing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Collier County and mailing copies of the same to all owners and lienors. The owner has a right to recover possession of the vehicle by posting bond pursuant to F.S. #559.917 and if sold any proceeds remaining from the sale will be deposited with the Clerk of Circuit Court for disposition.
