NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 29th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-023210-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE ('FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and GERMAN GONZALEZ; DAMARIS GONZALEZ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; INDEPENDENCE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; INDEPENDENCE TOWNHOMES I ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 425 NORTH ORANGE AVENUE, ORLANDO in ORANGE County, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 444, OF SIGNATURE LAKES PARCEL 1C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, AT PAGE(S) 102 THROUGH 113, INCLUSIVE, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
