NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
The City of Winter Garden, Florida, invites interested entities who are engaged in the lawful practice of providing PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL, GEOTECHNICAL, AND MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES to submit a Statement of Qualifications and Performance Data to the City by 2:00 p.m., October 11, 2011. DO NOT INCLUDE FEES IN YOUR STATEMENT. An original and four (4) copies of the statement must be submitted to City of Winter Garden, 300 West Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL 34787.
The submittals received will be evaluated and a selection will be made.
The City encourages the participation of DBE/WBE/MBE businesses in its procurement process and activity.
A complete RFQ packet may be obtained at the City of Winter Garden, City Hall Reception Desk, 300 West Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida 34787, or interested parties may download a complete copy from the City's website (www.cwgdn.com).
