Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment dated September 1, 2011 entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-014570, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein CITI PROPERTY HOLDINGS INC. is the Plaintiff, and LUIS A. OBREGON, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 62 OF ROYAL OAK ESTATES REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22 PAGES 23, 24 AND 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of October, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
