NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-11696-40 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-2 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and JEFF D. SLEEPER, A SINGLE MAN; ORANGE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; LYDIA GARDNER, CLERK OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” N/K/A ROBERT CRUNKLETON RESIDING AT 830 BALTIMORE DRIVE, ORLANDO, FL 32810; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in Room 350 of the Orange County Courthouse, 425 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL, at by 4:00 p.m. EST on the day of the sale on the 6th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
