NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed August 30, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-056785 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Indenture Trustee for Saxon Asset Securities Trust 2005-2, Plaintiff and Chad Kithcart and Michelle L. Kithcart a/k/a Michelle Lapadula are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on October 17, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
unit no. 2, building a, of phase i, villages of ascot, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 1939, page 4083, of the public records of lee county, florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
