and commonly known as: 2935 Southwest 1st Place, Cape Coral, Florida 33914, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes on October 26, 2011, at 9:00 A.M.
