YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in LEE County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 15 and 16, Block 174, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 21, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 149-173, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Ft. Myers FL 33901 either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
