NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed August 26, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-071075 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and CARLO C. FLOSI, JR, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 25 AND 26, BLOCK 1348, UNIT 18, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 96 TO 120, INCLUSIVE IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
