NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 8, 2011 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 31, 2011 entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-54805 (G) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and KERI CARUTHERS; JAN CARUTHERS; JOHN DOE 1 N/K/A DIANE JENNETTE WATSON, JANE DOE 1 N/K/A BARBARA TAYLOR, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 30 day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33 & 34, BLOCK 1771, UNIT 45, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21 PAGES 122 TO 134 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
