NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 24th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-55859 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association, as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-OA3 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Lisa K. Tenney, Eli Contracting, Inc., a dissolved corporation, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, Lakeside Hideaway at Bonita Springs Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 23rd day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 104, LAKESIDE HIDEAWAY AT BONITA SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4628, AT PAGES 3125 THROUGH 3237, AND AMENDED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005000156277, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
