NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-058499, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-R2, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-R2 is Plaintiff and ADELAIDA CERECEDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADELAIDA CERECEDA; VICKIE W. GRAVISS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CALOOSA BAYVIEW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 30 day of September, 2011, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPosED OF UNIT NUMBER 1168, AND THe UNDIVIDED SHARE IN tHE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CALOOSA BAYVIEW PHASE A, A CONDOMINIUM, WITH THE SCHEDULES ANNEXED THERETO, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1024, PAGES 205 THROUGH 300, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
