NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 26, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-059879, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. deutsche bank national trust company, as trustee for american home mortgage assets trust 2006-1, mortgage-backed pass-through certificates series 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and all unknown heirs, beneficiaries, devisees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees and all others who may claim an interest in the estate of edward b. melton, jr., deceased; edward b. melton, iii; bank of america, n.a. successor by merger to nationsbank, n.A.; are defendants.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 26 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, RAINBOW GROVES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
