NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 31 day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-20206, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and EDGARDO SUAREZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMEN BROTHERS BANK, FSB, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; MARIA T SUAREZ A/K/A MARIA TERESA SUAREZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 119, BLOCK 705, CORAL LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 12 THROUGH 28 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
