NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 5, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-053424, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and BRIAN P. ARENDES, A/K/A BRIAN ARENEDES; KARIN N. DAVILA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants. The clerk of the court will sell on 3 day of October, 2011 at 9:00 A.M. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Lots 3, 4, and 5, block 335, unit 7, Cape Coral, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 12, page 101, of public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
