NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 1 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-050710, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PHILL HOLDRIDGE, DECEASED; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; PHILL HOLDRIDGE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE FOR PHILL HOLDRIDGE and CLAUDIA HOLDRIDGE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 3 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 2 OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS LA CHELLE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 128.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
