NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 6, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-063848 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and MIROSLAW CZERNEK A/K/A MIREK CZERNEK; ALICJI CZERNEK; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 6 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE NORTH 45 FEET OF LOT 2, ALL OF LOT 1, AND THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF VACATED WATERMAN STREET, BLOCK H, BROADVIEW MANOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
