NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 2 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-68064, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF SAMI II 2006- AR6,MTG PASS-THROUGH CERTS, SERIES 2006-AR6 is the Plaintiff and DIANA ESPER; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 3 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 3066, UNIT 62, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 21 THROUGH 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
