NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 1 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-61104, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES , SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and KATHY AGUILAR A/K/A KATHY GERENA AGUILAR; RAUL AGUILAR A/K/A RAUL GUSTAVO AGUILAR; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, at, 9:00 AM on the 3 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 24 AND 25, BLOCK 5389, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 89, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 149 THRU 161, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
