NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 1 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-24749, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION as trustee for bear stearns alt-a trust 2006-3, mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and yudeimys ceballos a/k/a yudeimys ceballo; mortgage electronic registration systems, incorporated as nominee for countrywide home loans, inc.; Unknown spouse of yudeimys ceballos a/k/a yudeimys ceballo; jane doe; john doe; as unknown tenant (S) in possession of the subject property, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 3 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11 & 12, BLOCK 70, UNIT 8, SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 91, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
