NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 26 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-059359, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JOHN F. CLOUTIER, GULF REFLECTIONS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., PINE RIDGE REAL ESTATE ENTERPRISES, LLC, ELIZABETH CLOUTIER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 28 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 205, BUILDING C, GULF REFLECTIONS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4546, AT PAGE 3735, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
