NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 6 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-56187, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH COOK; VERNA COOK; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL BANK; UNKNWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 5 of block 1, of that certain subdivision known as dean' subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of lee county, florida, in plat book 4, page 24.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
