NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 7 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-69257, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF HARBORVIEW 2005-13 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and TONY C. GIRARD; CRESTONE HOMES INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 58 AND 59, BLOCK 2287, UNIT 33, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 40 THROUGH 61 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
