Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 31st day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-016766, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County's Public Auction website, www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 30th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 68 AND 69, BLOCK 1203, UNIT 19, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 121 THROUGH 135, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
