NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed November 14, 2008 and Order Re-scheduling Foreclosure Sale and Assigning Bid dated _______, 2011, entered in Civil CASE NO.: 07-CA-008544 of the Circuit Court in and for LEE County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 12 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 9 & 10, IN BLOCK 3483A, OF CAPE CORAL, UNIT 67, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25 PAGES 57 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A VACATED ALLEY RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2414 PAGE 2837.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
