NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment filed on the 1st day of April, 2011, in Civil Action No. 08-CA-004569 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-OA10 is the Plaintiff and MARIA GONZALEZ, is a Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 AM, on the 24 day of October, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 66, OLYMPIA POINTE, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 82, at Page 84, as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
