pursuant to the final decree of foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is: PREMIER AMERICAN BANK, N.A., n/k/a FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK, N.A. vs. FRED D. ELLIOTT, and the docket number of which is Number 09CA053978.
