NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, using the following method: By electronic sale on the 12 day of October, 2011, beginning at 9:00 a.m on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com. that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, EAST STADLER FARMS, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 6, Public Records of Lee County, Florida; thence Easterly along the North line of Lot 1, said line also being the South line of Canal Street, 380.71 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue along the same course 65 feet to a point; thence South parallel to the Westerly line of Lot 1, 624.69 feet, more or less, to the South line of Lot 1; thence Westerly along the South line of Lot 1, 375 feet to a point; thence North parallel with the second course 400 feet to a point; thence Easterly parallel with the South line of Lot 1, 310 feet to a point, thence Northerly parallel with the second course 224.60 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
