NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated September 24, 2010, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2009-CA-067793 DI, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff, and BRENT J. MACISAAC, ET AL. are Defendants.
Charlie Green, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. on the 30th day of September, 2011. By electronic sale on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in Fort Myers, Florida, 33901, on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 2605, TERRAVERDE 26, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2007000023917, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN ALL COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
